Neways use their Man Flash Technology when producing their products which is a unique technology that they have invented. When using traditional bottling methods, liquids are heated and held at elevated temperatures until they are bottled. So effectively the heat of the liquid is sanitizing the bottle. Neways Max Fresh system uses pre sanitized containers which means that the liquid only has to be heated for a short period of time and is then fast cooled to room temperature. The result is better tasting products. This is carried out at their state of the art production plants in California.

Neways was founded in 1992 and they are based in Springville, Utah. They now operate in 30 different countries and estimate they have over half a million distributors. Golden gate Capital bought the company in 1996. This company has the benefit of great leadership and with Scott St Clair as CEO, Chris Crump as CLC and Jennifer Wolbers as the vice president of sales and marketing. The Neways Business
Neways say that their pay plan is actually one of the most lucrative in the industry, and looking at the figures it probably is. On sales that qualify for payments you can earn up to 50% which is generous, they have their Multiplex and Affinity system to earn money through. Multiplex is designed to pay out immediate income from selling products and Affinity is going to provide you with a residual income, if you build a team of active distributors under you.
They also offer a car bonus scheme for the top performers. The same as with any business in this industry its essential that you are able to sell products and recruit new people into your downline. Regardless of what anyone might tell you, a big income probably isn't going to happen overnight either. It will take CONSISTENT DEDICATION to reach the point of financial and time freedom that we are all in this industry to achieve.
The biggest problem in this business is lead poverty. So many distributors are relying only on their warm market, or worse still are cold calling or trying to prospect strangers! Whilst prospecting your warm market can work, it's not ideal. It's essential that you find a way to bring in new leads every day to your business.
